I do a lot of kitchen makeovers.

Go to rtacabinetstore.com I have purchased many cabinet sets there. 100% plywood, no particle board. Be sure to call and get a 10% discount. I use the oak. It's the cheapest, and look great.

I buy stock laminate countertops from Menards. Home Depot would be similat. Fushion Granite color. Buy a 10% off Lowes coupon on ebay to save some money and use it at Home Depot or Menards. Or wait for it to be on sale.
