Accept no more checks. Postal money order only. Next time it's late post the Pay or Quit. Let them know you aren't gonna put up with the BS.

Chase Bank (where the rental business account is) has a system - QuickPay - which allows people, whether they have a Chase account or not, to send money to me using just my email address. To receive it I have to accept it then it goes into my account. They don't get my account info. I'm going to be pushing that means of payment.
