on site inspection

I'm a small bldg tenant. I wanted to run a credit report for a potential tenant. This requires on site inspection according to the recent law. I was very nervous about it. I read that to pass the inspection all we need is a locked file cabinet and shredder. I already had a shredder and bought plastic locked filing cabinet at staples for $30. The inspector came by and just took pictures of them. It was a piece of cake. I'm going to return the cabinet to staples and get my $30 back. I just want to let everyone know that it's not a bad experience. I was all stressed out for nothing.

So, your going to knowingly violate the terms of agreement by returning the locked filing cabinet (which I believe is required) and you just posted that on the same website that owns a credit check agency?
Way to go!

We've got some real winners. I used to think it was the tenants we have to worry about.
