I don't deal with bankruptcies on a regular basis, but it was my understanding that any new debts undertaken after filing the bankrputcy petition are not subject to the stay and may be pursued. This would seem to include current monthly rent due after the bankruptcy filing. Can anyone confirm this with confidence?
