It would be up to you as the LL about permitting this.

If you do, make sure all people are jointly and severally responsible AND make sure you do your due diligence on background checks for ALL of the individuals who will be living there-- criminal background checks, check with former LLs and the LLs before that and the LL before THAT, and do an employment check (some say they are employed but really are only part time or temps).
