"LL has an office on the loby in the same building where I live."

Dude, take your check to the "loby." Or, mail it to the loby. Ask one of the 4 or 5 workers about your deduction.

only one preson who is in charged the rental check has the access to the system to answer the deduction. In other word, No one can answer my question to a level that I would feel LL would NOT like to work for the tenent and always want the tenant go away from their office.

the leaking issue in my room still not fixed since the first date I moved into.

What should I expect?
What Leak? by Bryan (Ia) on March 17, 2012 @03:31 [ Reply ]
Your OP says nothing about a leak.

Now it sounds like a T trying to justify paying rent late.

I am sorry for the mis-spelling. I just quickly typed in and did not check the spelling.

The first raining day after I moved in told me the leaking. The leaking was improved after 2 or 3 visites. But the leaking still hapened especially for windy and heary raining days.

The point is the maintenance work not completed.

The rental payment processing takes much longer time here.

Also, The cockroach issue is in this building.
