Once too many times I went with my gut instead of the facts.

I promise I WILL NOT ACCEPT A TENANT WITHOUT A CREDIT REPORT.
Never again.

The hardest lessons are usually the best ones. Do you have a credit co.? I use Quick Check from this site.

Good for you! Sometimes the most charming people are the most irresponsible. They can get away with a lot because of their charm.
