I did inquire. She said it's next door. Which is where theres a washer and dryer but they belong to the upstairs neighbor. She got all pissy cause of was over there but my fusebox and lawnmower are stored over there.

Did the landlord show them to you are did the landlord just say where they were? Do they really belong to the upstairs neighbor, or is the neighbor just claiming them. Ask the landlord to clarify who owns the washer and dryer. This should have been verified before signing the lease.
