I need to find a contingency attorney. I want to sue NYCHA - Section 8 and possibly Kings County Housing Court for their complete negligence in dealing with my tenant situation. I know it's probably unprecedented, but I am suffering hardship as a result of their countless mistakes and lack of response to my numerous correspondence. Also, Housing is jerking me around with my holdover petition.

Please don't tell me how impossible this is, I just need recommendations.
