I do a pretty thorough job. I don't like hack jobs, no do great tenants. Sometimes, you make have to make decisions on the best plan of action based upon cost, etc.

If you have Section 8 tenants, do the bare minimum to pass inspection. It will have to be redone anyway. There are no shortage of section 8 tenants, you will always find a new one.
