I heard that a small ponys are also on the list.

Wonder about zoning.

So, next time you see someone riding a pony through the grocery store, think nothing of it!

Zoning does not matter. No one wants to touch this one. Besides, miniature horses and I guess pigs too have been called "pets" by some cities. Once a question about allowing pigs came up here like someone would keep a dog inside. Every landlord here thought it would be OK. But a service pig, I guess that is another matter. Nobody wants that.
