Mr. Dan, I agree with your marketing ideas. I put up small for rent signs up on major roads that face major employers offices pointing back to my SFH for rent. Sometimes the sign police take the signs down, but not always.

But why would you want a referral from a church? Only sinners attend church according to the local priest. Would you want a sinner as a renter? The general public is bad enough.

Do you realize how many of those sinners are great tenants!
