But what they don't tell you is that is based on the run time of the unit. On average, a 30 day interval when converted to run time is approximately 3 months. Thats works well for a quarterly inspection, which should be plenty.

I'll check out the Hud section 8 checklist. I came across a couple of things in the home that may cause them to lose some of their security deposit. And, will include that within my letter to them about the review. I'm checking on the house again in September. Thanks for all the good info I received regarding the maintenance inspection.
