If you posted this before, whether or not your name showed up, folks here probably gave you some advice.

If there can be changes to the lease at any time during the lease, and if that's legal in your state, then changes may be made--will you need to have the "lawn furniture" tenant sign the changes Notice or does he have the right to refuse to sign it?

Perhaps you should be clear about what you want to say in the changes Notice. Perhaps no lawn furniture whatsoever might be a way to treat everyone fairly and equitably? Can you elaborate more please?
