yes..I have used this agent before. However, it was a different agency that brought this woman in. She was very well dressed, well groomed and drove a Lexus.
I thought it was weird the multiple visits without her realtor and then asking me why she hadn't heard my decision before the credit and financials were submitted.
She told me she would even pay more for the rent if I didn't accept her offer. She also wanted a 2 year lease.
She went through all of that drama for nothing ??

The one big thing I am very upset with... is that I never knew the clients run their own credit reports and the only way I knew this was from the prospective tenant. I always thought the realtor ran the credit check.

DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN. I'd be questioning keeping the realtor too. She is dazzling you with the trappings of wealth and perhaps even mental health. Something is VERY VERY wrong!
