All the Broker did was to cover the bases in case of a Fair Housing issue. The Broker would have been in trouble telling the women to leave and telling her the house wasn't for rent without first hand knowledge. The Broker seems to acted reasonably and carefully in this matter. You seem to be the one over reacting to a minor inquiry. (nicely told her to get the hell out of his building). This women was a potential client maybe. The Broker has rules and laws which must be followed, and it appears that's what happened!
