In a word: NOOOOOOOOO!

I tend to feel sorry for people. It always costs me.
Question I got from a prospective tenant:
"Will you owner finance the house for us?"
"No."

The applicant called two days later.
"We are still interested, but it is taking us some time to scrape the $500 deposit together".

(They wanted me to owner-finance... and they are having trouble scraping up $500... ??)
