what are you serving him with? Personal service isn't required on evictions, just post the property. No idea why they won't serve him at work ... constables in my county will.

This is a state law not county!!!it can be served at work place! Why to hell you told he not living anymore in apt ..if he did not give you keys back --legally he still lives there. Constable should post summon on doors. For what you paid 75 buks.Period.
