In Georgia you do not need a SSN to get a judgement. However to have them reported to a credit bureau you will. Hire a private detective to find their SSN is an option. I have one that will do it for $45.00

Good Luck

Don't need it fior a judgment, but no way to collect the judgment if you don't have a SSN. What good is a judgment? Lawyer gets paid, you get a piece of paper.
