In Pennsylvania, you must be there. The lawyer represents you ... he isn't going to testify for you. He can't make final decisions for you if a compromise is in the works. Why in the world wouldn't you want to be there?

Why would you not want to be there? You might be having an eviction problem because of your hands off/not want to be involved attitude!

is this that bad that you need a lawyer?In Pa i have hearing 4th of April.Jeez i know how frustrating it is...but you must be there and i will keep praying for you.Write how it went.
