You may want to call your insurance agent and ask this question. Seems to me if damage is caused by you, your invitees, guests, tenants, etc., it cannot be claimed as you are responsible for the actions of those individuals. Unless the damage rises to the level of vandalism, and you actually file vandalism charges, I doubt it can be claimed. But let us know what your agent says.

Look in your policy you may have a clause- tenant unhonesty or lost of profit or tenant damages.Look if you have a landlord or the dwelling policy. Dwelling will cover only vandalism 100% sure.
