You really have no idea what you are talking about. Whether the house meets occupancy standards(can be discrened by living there(duh!)) and whether the landlord is authorized to rent the house(single or multi-family) is a public record. And who send anything about lenders?!

Here you go, DA, cuz you're too simple to find it yourself, OP posted "They havent been paying taxes on anything we've given them and i'm sure they havent let their mortage company know that we are living there." Mortgage company would be lender in the venacular. You are incorrect on the other 2 points you didn't make in your post, too.
