We can and have, you need only look for it.

The LL/T law for every state, including Tx., can be found through the links to the right.

It is not encumbent for us to know the laws of every state. If you are unwilling to wait for somebody from Tx. to answer or you are not willing to read for yourself, why should we read it for you?

Of course if you want an answer quickly, you can always hire a lawyer.

It was my hope that someone from Texas might know. I did not expect to hand out homework assignments. Wow, what a sore head. I did look at the Texas Landlord/Tenant law before I made my post. I understand that it is not encumbent on you to know every state law. But perhaps it might be encumbent upon you to be courteous.
