Give them a deadline and stick with it. They have had plenty of time to read the lease and sign it. If they have no intention to pay the 50% increase, then they won't meet your deadline.

If you've already given them a deadline and its passed, then it becomes a matter of business. Tell them sorry, the deadline has passed and wish them well, sorry it didn't work out.
