Spider Webs - Landlord Forum thread

One of my tenants in an apartment building is asking me to get somebody to clean the outside of her windows because there are spider webs & dirt. PS she is on the ground floor. Is this the obligation of the landlord?

For an apartment building, I would consider maintenance of anything outside the apartment to be LL's responsibility, including the exterior of the windows and walls, and common areas. My answer would be different if we were talking about a SFH.
