The prospect is an investor and is looking a many properties. Yours did not get selected. Real estate is like a chicken soup. The good parts boil up to the top for only a moment and must be scooped up immediately. Your prospect has either ran out of money or found something else. He did not make a deposit or sign a binding contract. Why your lawyer did not communicate more effectively with you is something you should talk to him about.
