Thanks Bryan. Always good to be reminded of the importance of good screening.

I was talking to John last week about my friend who is not qualified for a Quick Check account because he rents rooms in his house. (As you know credit bureaus need to verify the existence of a rental property to allow credit report access)
Now the LPA has TransUnion Smartmove for landlords who with applicant assistance can see credit reports.
