No, I do not provide copies of the credit report; you are restricted from that by your agreement with the providing agency.
Yes, I do provide copies of the reports which I collect from free public resources, if asked by the prospect; since it's public record, I see no harm and perhaps it will encourage them to correct their behavior going forward.
