my county's acceptable late fees (meaning acceptable to every magistrate in the county) is 5 days late 10%, 15 days late 15%, 23rd day 20%.

Oh! i did not know must be acceptable since we are Commonwealth and there is no uniforms for contracts...Rental agreement is a contract so whatever tenant sign should be acceptable...I wish we could have strong landlord tenant law instead of few rules freely interpreted by both parties and established on the base of past court orders.Nicole so if for example tenant is late 6 months-nobody is that stupid to keep him/her that long except me of course-after six moths how much will be late fee?what county you live in?I am in Monroe.I think tommorow i will post my story to warn all new Landlords!!!
