Also..........If you intend to move from this place as soon as you find another, that is not very fair to your landlord. Now is the best time for him/her to find a new long term tenant for his property. If you stay only a few months longer you may put him in a bad position.

So if you are still looking, perhaps going to one of those short stay (weekly) hotels is an option until you find a place that is right for you.
