Angi, you are staing your stating your inexperience which will get you in big $$ trouble in the future. Get this: there is no doubt that renting to (harboring) an illegal alien is a BAD idea. Since you have no way of checking their background, you could possibly add harboring a fugitive (criminal) to the list of bad outcomes. There are about 14 MILLION illegal aliens in the US now. Beacuse these 14 million people "need a chance" are you going to offer housing to all of them because they need a break? Are you running a charity or a business? I submit that if you become friends and party with your tenants, and rent to illegals, you will be out of business soon. Good luck.

Thanks for advise...i really appreciate I said passport i said marriage cert and i said copy of petition...And i said i do not like illegals....What means i would not rent or advise to rent apt to them what i mean is CHECK FIRST JUDGE LATER ;)
