PG&E Energy Saving program in CA - Landlord Forum thread

Should the landlord participate the program for the qualified tenants? The program states that there's no cost for any maintenance to the units (for landlord and tenants), but I'd like to know if there're any drawback or hidden costs if we allow it to go forward with the plan.

Anyone in CA has any experiences to share?
