My neighbor is a horder. She has been known to take trash from my property and drag it to hers. (BTW, it's still sitting in the exact same location she put it 3 years ago, but she says she's gonna do X with it). Their house is so bad, I will not go over there. They are elderly and don't have much money and they ask me to fix stuff, but I can't stand the smell and mess. They themselves smell like mildew. It's in their clothes, cars, everything. They now end up using so much perfume to cover the smell, it's worse. Luckily, the guy makes sure all of her outside hording stuff is kept behind the house out of sight.
