It is another way of saying the same thing. But it is interesting to note that the Americas had no "original aboriginal inhabitants." Early aboriginal peoples were from Siberia. There were not "native" to this country. By the way, have you actually read the constitution with all the amendments? I have found the constiution is like the Bible in this manner. Few have read it all the way through but everyone is certain what is in it.

I had to...for citizenship examination and than for my husband citizenship to help him ...I had to pass US history test as well and actually i loved it.I have to admit i do not remember it all but it will be good -before bed- lecture...to keep my mine busy and not to thing about water problem;)On test they really focus new citisens attention to :"THE CONSTITUTION IS THE SUPREME LAW"but many local laws just brakes it;)
