Here's the facts...
You're gonna be in deep doo doo if this isn't fixed pronto.

Your tenants can not only withhold rent, but they can sue you.

Your tenants can report you to the city, and fines ($$$) can be levied against you.

If you don't have the money to do the fixes, you may want to reconsider being a landlord.

Really. Get with the program! Do what's right and what is your legal responsibility to do!
