Yes. We did a credit report on both tenants. They are both employed and seemed able to afford their bills. However, they are both young (under 22) and I think it is the first apartment for both of them (if I remember correctly). I think they may be in over their heads. How much do people normally increase rent if new people move in? I think that the apartment is probably just barely big enough for that many people. Our unit is comparably sized, although laid out differently, and I find it to be tight for the two of us! They have 3 bedrooms, so in theory, it's enough space.
