Some things will still get under your skin, but at the same time what use to get your goat, doesn't anymore.
I can remember the 1st time a tenant told me that they couldn't pay rent, I was PO'd. Didn't know exactly what to say or do. Now, in a calm voice "Sorry to hear that, best thing for you to do is to move" and I post my 3-day P/Q notice just to make sure they know I am not kidding. No longer get mad or PO'd about.
Give yourself a chance. It isn't rocket science.
