Again, who actually OWNED the plants and pots? "Landscaping" comes and goes as grass dies out and sometimes trees go belly up and plants and shrubs are seasonal and die off too, so if anyone says they rented the place with all the plants and such there, and they demand the replacement, that becomes another issue I would think.
