Is it completely furnished? If not I would think it should. I had one company want it for about 1 month, but they used a model home instead.
A few years back I tried for the SFH we have (completely furnished - dishes, towels, soap, sheets, sofa..etc -- advertized to the various companies, but many of the larger companies already owned a corporate rental. Though word of mouth, rented it to a business owner, who moved out of her home and going through a divorce. It was MTM and she said it'd be for about 3 months. Now, nearly 3 years later she just bought a house and is waiting to close. This wasn't what I'd planned in this rental situation, but it's been ok, at least consistent.

I would contact large companies, hospital, HR departments to start with if you haven't already. My market is limited as the town is not that big. One company had overseas executives coming for a month or serveral weeks at a time to look over the company they bought - that company used a couple of model homes. Another 2 large companies in our town already had corporate homes that they owned for that specfic purpose. I believe there's a market for corporate short-term rentals, but depending on the size of your town it may be more limited that the general rental market.
