Yes it's a restraining order. I know if she DID get one then he is legally not to be around her. But I don't know if that means I can just take him off the lease and put the new person on?
I also don't know if she DID NOT get the restraining order and he is not living there (on his own accord or because they are arguing) what to do about getting him off the lease and getting the new room mate on?
