There was not "change" you allowed your tenant to live for free for two months. Trying to spin it any other way is wrong. You are learning a lesson that this is a business and in order to make money you must run it as such.
Next time your tenant is late 1 day take action. Be prepared to post a pay or quick with great expedience.
