The difference between what we are saying and what a judge will rule, that the judge will rule according to the letter of the law while we are sympathizing to your familial situation.

If you sue your wife and force her to file for divorce and then make it ugly, are you prepared to lose your sons or hurt them by a nasty divorce? Why not just file yourself if you don't care about if the marriage stays together anymore? Your sons aren't going to care who filed first or why unless you plan on bad mouthing their mother to them which a good and loving father wouldn't do.

Now, I am not in your home and do not know the daily interactions between you and your relatives. Undeniably, you are very frustrated at this point with them in your home. Have you even approached them about this in a rational manner? Some type of compromise? Your wife does not have to give permission for the conversation to happen but name calling and letting feelings drive the dialog wont help in keeping your family in tact, if even you care about that at this point.

It's not my plan to sue my wife. It's my daughter's boyfriend and his children, that I will bring to eviction court. My wife will then have to make a decision to back me (her husband), or the squatters. Lets hope she makes the right decision. As it is now my house is a lost. My young children suffer in dumb silence because they do not know of a better situation. My older children suffer for lack of amition. It is my responsibility to try and correct the situation.
Thank you for your empathy, and I'm sure you've heard of judges who ruled that dont always follow the law. I have to give this my best efforts.
