Are these two married for real? What man ask his wife to life somewhere else? Well, maybe some do after a while but not newly weds. You can not run the wife off as she is family. But you can insist that she be on the lease...married or not. It looks like the shelf life of these tenants has expired. But do not let them tell you what is going to happen like they owned the place. You serve them with a three day Cure or Quit notice stating that the new tenant must be on the lease in the next three days or they must move in three days. If they want to comply, ask to see the woman's driver's license and take the info. If the desired response to your notice is not completed within the three days you need to obtain the proper forms and file for an eviction. Never, never allow the tenants to dictate terms to you.
