Thanks to LPA i figured out i can garnish salary for non payment of rent.I have this judgment from 2006.Any ideas?I located my ex tenant.What i can do with this since judgment is good fore 5 years?

Go to the Prothonotary's Office and see if you can revive it. Not sure if it must be revived prior to the expiration of 5 years or if it can be done any time in the 20 years.

If you can garnish, you need to be absolutely sure before wasting your $$$ that this person has a steady, long term job or it's not worth it. I've got one of these garnishments - he's worked at the same factory for over 20 years so I knew he wasn't going anywhere. If it's someone who job hops, by the time the order gets entered, they'll be gone. Also, you need to figure out what the poverty level is and make a 'guess" whether they fall under it.
