But i can still report them to credit bureau?She told me she filed bankruptcy but..in this case she should placed me on the debtor list and i never got any paperwork from her lawyer.

Usually when there is a judgement, the LL does NOT report anyone to the credit bureau. That's not done that way, unless you live in a different place. Can you imagine every GF who is ticked off that her BF is seeing someone else and they report a falsehood to the credit bureau (or vice versa)?
You should really hire an attorney to answer all your questions based on what's going on. We can only give you some ideas, but really, your best bet would be so shell out the money for legal advice.
Not sure what you mean about income tax return...

You cannot garnish state or federal income tax returns in any state I know of (there may be one out there, but I don't think so).

you need to check but I believe if you were not listed as a creditor on the bankruptcy petition, your debt was not discharged so you can collect. I personally would run this by a lawyer since bankruptcy has its own set of rules.
You file your judgment with the Prothonotary and the credit bureaus will pick it up themselves.
