I had not planned to be landlord or property manager; we lived in that home for 7 years before my husband accepted a job in Alaska and we moved.
A contract is a contract, and I know I am following the law.

Good luck Bonnie. Be sure to get moving right away. If you do not act on this in a timely way the squatter will become a permanent tenant by law and must be evicted.
