That's not something you can control or prohibit. Would you like for someone to tell you what you can and cannot eat in your own home and make you sign a contract saying you can be thrown out if you cook something that the person decides they don't like?

How would you even decide what is offensive? You would list every single food item that you personally don't like? If you don't like fish, you would tell your tenant that they are absolutely forbidden to have in their apartment? If you don't like the smell of onions, you would tell them they are prohibited from ever cooking an onion or a any dish with onions for their entire tenancy?
