Two parents in a one bedroom with a child over 6 months constitutes an occupancy of 3 according to Federal Housing guidlines. Who said anything about evicting? There is such a thing as a nonrenewal of a lease.

The women expecting baby people!!!Not a monster.Did tenants agreed with a new payments? If yes leave them alone...And you are talking about other good tenants-but they are good people? Before i was a landlord i was a tenant...my neighbors had children in different ages.New baby was always welcome in our neighborhood as a Gift from The God.You can smash me here but...renting is not always about a business only...I just cannot imagine a pregnant women who- in this not easy time for her- has to move out and deal with all difficulties connected to this. How far is she?Are you sure it is not high risk pregnancy?I can see, most of you was never pregnant;)Reminder-time of pregnancy is 9 months in human of course and tenants are human ,right? So you have a lot of time to find a proper ethically and morally and legally solution.I bet the will move out because one bedroom apartment will be to small for them soon.
