You ask for the money in the same way the mortgage company ask you for their payment. Remember what a previous poster said. "you are not their friend or marriage counselor." The tenant's marriage problems are larger than how you ask for the money they owe you. How do you think your tenant's other creditors are asking for payment? You must find a way to say "pay or move" and say it now. You are not the first to ask for payment. What you have to remember is these two tenants do not care about you. If they did, they would pay you.
