I did not remove them! I called them and told them they have until the 3rd to get them out of the driveway OR I would remove them, they moved them. I just want to know about the 21 days, when does it start..I am thinking when all is off the property..which would be the the 2nd of May

The 21 days begins when the tenants vacate and surrender the key. Until the key is surrendered, they are still your tenant. Not when they finally get their junk off the drive.

They gave the keys on the 2nd. Does the 21 days start from May 2, the certified letter was mailed on May 19

You appear to be within the 21 day requirement.
